Refund policy

Specific fee amounts and session formats are confirmed in your engagement letter; durations below are proposed market-consistent terms pending business confirmation.

Eligibility

Refunds may be available when you cancel within the agreed notice window before a scheduled consultation, or when we cancel a session and cannot reschedule within a reasonable time.

Cancellation and rescheduling

  • Client cancellation 48+ hours before session: full refund of prepaid fees, or credit toward a rescheduled date at your choice.
  • Client cancellation under 48 hours: one reschedule without penalty; otherwise up to 50% of the prepaid fee may be retained to cover reserved time (proposed, pending business confirmation).
  • Rescheduling: one free reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice; further changes may incur an administrative fee if stated in your engagement letter.

Non-refundable items

Custom research or third-party report fees already incurred on your behalf, and sessions where deliverables were fully provided, are generally non-refundable.

No-shows

If you do not attend within 15 minutes of the scheduled start without notice, the session may be treated as delivered and fees may be non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Work already started

If planning work has begun with your written approval, refunds cover only the unused portion of prepaid fees, calculated from documented milestones.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible (proposed, pending business confirmation).

Deposits

Deposits holding a calendar slot may be partially retained if cancellation occurs inside the short-notice window described above.
